Dr. Leonor Pagtakhan-So

“I'm Dr. Leonor Pagtakhan-So, and I'm excited to meet you and your family! I've been dedicated to caring for children and families in Eastern Kentucky for over four decades. My journey started in the Philippines, where I graduated from Manila Central University School of Medicine, and since then, I've completed specialized training in pediatrics and allergies across the U.S. I'm passionate about helping children manage asthma, allergies, and other respiratory conditions to help them live their healthiest, happiest lives.”

Whether your child is dealing with allergies, asthma, or any other concerns, I look forward to providing compassionate, expert care, so they can breathe easier and thrive!

We welcome patients of all backgrounds and ensure no one is denied care due to race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or financial situation.

Discounts are calculated based on family size and income, following NHSC guidelines. For those at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, a nominal fee of $40.00 per office visit will apply for necessary care.
